Apartment design 32 square. m. is made by Elena Ivashkina for a young family. The interior was very modern and functional. Despite the small area, everything necessary for a comfortable life is located here: there is enough space in the kitchen for storing food, equipment, household appliances and a large refrigerator, the living room has a full-fledged workplace, the bedroom is a bed a sophisticated storage system in which both bed linen, a large chest of drawers and a box for sports equipment fit.
The style and color of the apartment
In this project, the designer did not strive to endure any particular style. To create the original interior, decorative objects, finishing materials and furniture of various stylistics were used, perfectly combined in one room.
The main color of the design is white. Light walls and a floor from a tree serve as a fine background for bright color accents and visually increase the small apartment. The natural texture of wooden elements gives the interior warmth and a feeling of comfort. Black color gives depth and accent individual parts: the door leading to the kitchen from the living room, as well as the apron in the working area of the kitchen. The accent colors of the project are turquoise, yellow and red. Turquoise chairs of modern form made of plastic on wooden legs with a fastening system of metal rods in the dining area, a soft yellow chair in the living room and a bright red stylized deer head above the sofa area add dynamics to the interior.
Redevelopment
Apartment design 32 square. m. provides for redevelopment of the original premises. One of the walls of the entrance area was shifted, slightly reducing the kitchen area. As a result, in the hallway there was a place for a large closet where clothes would be stored. The built-in storage system that opens into the living room was dismantled, the partition between the bathroom and the room was removed, replacing it with a gypsum board that is resistant to moisture.
The entrance to the kitchen was moved - now it is carried out from the room through a sliding door-up to the ceiling, made of metal and glass. It was impossible to completely abandon the door due to the presence of a gas stove in the kitchen.
Living room
In small apartments it is appreciated by every square centimeter of the square, therefore the designer ordered almost all pieces of furniture according to her own designs. The furniture is very functional and meets the needs of the owners. The bookcase in the living room area has a mezzanine, where you can store various items for storage. One section of the cabinet is arranged according to the principle of a secretary - the door does not open, but leans back and turns into a desktop.
A small sofa in front of the TV panel can be expanded and turned into a guest bed. A red deer of "cubic" shape appeared on the wall at the request of the landlord. The curtains on the windows have chosen a quiet shade so as not to overload the room with the decor.
Kitchen
The design of the apartment is 32 square meters. m. living room and kitchen - two separate rooms. They are separated by a glass door in a metallic black frame, which occupies almost no space. In addition, the rooms are visually combined, remaining isolated according to safety requirements when using gas stoves.
Kitchen furniture looks stylish and roomy enough, it is made in Belarus. As an apron, a slate board is used that is easily washable and original - here you can write recipes, leave notes for each other, and decorate the workplace with drawings.
Bedroom
The bed is raised on the podium and is separated from the living area by wooden slats, which leave room for visual contact with the rest of the apartment, while at the same time creating the illusion of privacy.
The podium together with a ladder leading to a sleeping place, drawers under it and a separate storage system equipped with a lift was designed by the designer especially for this project and custom-made. In the drawers of the resulting "dresser" you can keep clothes, the space under the steps is intended for storing bed linen, under the mattress, which is lifted using a special mechanism, sports equipment of the hosts is placed.
