The project from the studio Perspective: apartment in the loft style of 40 square meters. m

A loft-style studio apartment was designed by designers for a modern young man, not burdened with family, loving to travel, and appreciating not only comfort but also “atmospheric” in a home.

An amateur to travel on a bike, the owner wanted his house to be something subtly like a garage - the place where his bike rests before heading off on a new journey. Most of all, the loft style was suitable for this purpose, allowing you to combine a variety of textures and exclusive furnishings.

The decoration used non-trivial materials, such as plaster "under concrete", wood with a large rough texture, decorative brick, and only in some places used simple paint.

Redevelopment

The studio is characterized by an open layout - the kitchen, bedroom and living room are in one common volume, of which only two small rooms are allocated - a bathroom and a dressing room. Separation of functional areas by using color and play textures.

Color solution

The loft interior of the studio is decorated in beige-gray tones, complemented by the color of terracotta brick walls and dark wood. This is a classic set of finishing materials in buildings of ancient factories and plants, characteristic of the style.

Deliberate roughness of textures framed by strict black lines of objects, giving the situation severity and removing the "country" accents. Bright colors add colorful prints on the dresser, red mirror frame and light turquoise shutters covering the windows of the loggia.

Studio (living room, kitchen, bedroom)

One common room of a studio-style loft has several functions at once: it is a bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room. In order to keep as much space as possible, no additional partitions were erected, but they divided the “living” and “kitchen” areas with the help of a sofa with a bar counter next to it, which serves as a dining group.

The loft interior of the studio is illuminated in the living room hanging from the ceiling with a bunch of black metal lamps and a large floor lamp on a white tripod near the sofa. The living and dining areas are separated by a line of black suspensions in an industrial style.

The sleeping area is marked with a black frame frame - visually it is fenced off from the rest of the room, but the usable area is not reduced. Wall mural in the sleeping area occupy one of the walls and give it intimacy.

The furniture maintains the atmosphere of a free loft: the metal frame of the bed, the dark table for magazines resembles a home-made palette, the chairs of the bar area have metal bases, the fabrics used in the upholstery are rough for the look and feel.

In the bedroom area on the mirrored ceiling, black spotlights are reinforced, and around the berth on the ceiling there are fastened wooden shields on which the track system of black spotlights is located.

The brutal male style of the apartment is softened a bit in the kitchen area: the white matte facades of the kitchen cabinets look modern and minimalist, making the room brighter.

Wardrobe

Since this apartment is not a permanent dwelling, but is designed for temporary stay, large storage systems in the living room are not required, everything that is needed will easily fit in a dressing room, covered with a sliding wooden shield.

Bathroom

The bathroom is classically decorated - both on the walls and on the floor are ceramic tiles. Black and white mosaic fragments and "under the tree" panels serve as decorative elements.
